The C. limon cv. Eureka genome and the C. australis genome are now available on CGD. More functional annotation and tool integration is in progress. Currently, the gene and mRNA features can be searched with in the database and the genomes are also available to use in JBrowse, Synteny Viewer, and the BLAST tool.
